Contest Rules

1-The contest is organized by Guillevin International (hereinafter the “contest organizer”) and takes place in the provinces of Quebec, Ontario, the Atlantic provinces of Canada, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and Yukon from August 17 (9:00 am EST) to September 30, 2020 (11:59 pm EST), inclusive (hereinafter the “Contest Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

2-The contest is open to any person residing in Canada who has reached the age of majority in their province of residence except employees, agents and representatives of the contest organizer; employees of the Contest Organizer's affiliates, its advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of goods and services used in the Contest; as well as all the members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or de facto spouse as well as any person living under the same roof as said employees, agents and representatives.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

3-To participate in the contest, all you have to do is buy a product from the Schneider or Leviton brands at Guillevin between August 17 and September 30, 2020. GRAND PRIZE

5-Nine (9) prizes of $ 2,500 in cash to each winner + $ 2,500 in donation to the charity of their choice. If the winner is a member of our newsletter we will double the value of the prize. In this case the prize is $ 5,000 in cash + $ 5,000 as a donation to the organization of their choice.

Total nine (9) winners in Canada: Atlantic Provinces 1, Quebec 2, Ontario 2, Manitoba-Saskatchewan-Alberta 2 and British Columbia-Yukon 2. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE

8-To be declared a winner, participants whose entries have been drawn must:

  • A-be able to be reached by telephone within six (6) days of the date of the draw. A participant who cannot be reached during this six (6) day period as a result of an appropriate and reasonable action on the part of the contest organizer will be declared disqualified from receiving his prize and a new draw will be held to award the price. If a participant expects to be unavailable during this six (6) day period following the date of the draw, he / she may notify the contest organizer prior to the draw;

Upon receipt of the duly signed declaration and release form, the contest organizer will inform the nine (9) winners of how to obtain their prize. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

15-Limitation of liability: use of the prize.
